Taco Soup


Cook until brown:
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 onion, diced
1/2 pkg. taco seasoning

Add (don't drain liquid first!):
1 can chili (I use the cheese chili)
1 can corn
1 can small red beans (you can use kidney beans if you like them, I don't)
1 can green chili's (optional if you want a little kick to your soup)
1 can diced tomatoes (I like petite diced)
1 can tomato soup mixed with 1 can water

Combine all ingredients in a large pot OR a crock-pot and cook until beans are soft.  I usually just throw it all in a crockpot in the morning and let it cook on low all day.
