1 C. milk
2 eggs
1/2 C. oil
1/2 C. milk
1 1/2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
Put wheat into blender with 1 cup milk.  Blend for 3 minutes.  Leave blender going.  Add remaining ingredients.  Fry on hot griddle.  Add more milk for thinner pancakes.  6 servings.
