Poppy Seed Chicken

 
INGREDIENTS:

4-6 Cooked Boneless Chicken Breasts -- Cut up into chunks
1 C Sour Cream
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Sleeve Ritz Crackers Crushed -- 1 1/2 Cups
1/4 C Melted Butter
1-2 T Poppy Seeds


DIRECTIONS:

Place chicken in a greased 9x13 pan.  Mix sour cream and soup together in a bowl and pour over chicken.*  Mix crushed crackers with the melted butter, then stir in the poppy seeds and put that over the chicken and sauce.  Bake uncovered at 350* for 30 minutes until heated through.  Serve over pasta, potatoes, or rice!!

*If you want it to be saucy add some milk and some chicken broth to the sour cream and soup mixture. 
 
Note:  If using raw chicken increase cooking time to 1 hour.
