Chicken Pillows

Chicken Pillow recipe from Kristy Grindstaff (submitted by Angie Rice).


Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded or chopped
1 package cream cheese, softened
1/2 chopped mushrooms (I obviously wouldn't include this)
1/2 chopped green or white onions (If white, saute them first)
1 package seemless cresent dough
1 box of croutons, crumbled in food processor
1/2 stick butter, melted

Directions:
Combine chicken, cream cheese, mushrooms, and onions.  Add salt and pepper to taste.  Cut cresent dough in 6 - 8 rectangles, put a spoonful of filling in the center of each one and fold over, pressing sides together.  Roll in butter, then crouton crumbs.  Bake at 375 for 15 - 20 minutes. 
For sauce: Mix one can of condensed cream of chicken soup and about 1/2 can of milk.  Stir over medium heat.
