4-6 chicken breast
2 cans Cream of Chicken soup
1 1/2- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
2 cups bread crumbs
3 Tbsp butter
Arrange chicken in greased 9x13 pan. Pour the soup directly over the top of the chicken. (I put both soups in a bowl and added a little water, then stir, and put over chicken). Sprinkle the cheese over the top of soup, then sprinkle bread crumbs over the cheese. (instead of bread crumbs, I bet you could use stove top stuffing)
Chop the butter in little pieces and dot it around the bread crumbs. (Or you could melt butter and pour over). Bake at 350* for 30-40 min. (30 min. if chicken is thawed).
Serve with rice or mashed potatoes. Serves 4-6
