Waikiki Cornbread


Ingredients
3 c. Bisquick
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. cornmeal
2 c. milk
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. butter, melted





Directions
Preheat oven to 350.  Lightly grease a deep 9x13 pan.  (If you do not have a deep pan, bake this in 2 separate pans as it tends to really poof up and it can spill over a regular 9x13 pan).  In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients.  In a separate bowl combine the eggs, milk, and melted butter and beat until creamy.  Stir in the dry ingredients until well combined.  Pour batter into prepared pan.  Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
